Lancashire HA wins funding

The Lancashire Housing Authority has been awarded a £60 million contract to build new homes for individuals with learning difficulties in Leeds.
A 25-year private finance initiative between Leeds city council and the Leeds Independent Living Accommodation Company (LiLAC) Consortium will see many new housing jobs and homes created in the area.

NCHA receives Audit Commission praise

A housing association based in the east Midlands has been praised for the services it provides, it has been revealed.
In a report by the Audit Commission, Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) was deemed to be offering a good level of services to its tenants and has “excellent” prospects for improvements in the future.
