The Lancashire Housing Authority has been awarded a £60 million contract to build new homes for individuals with learning difficulties in Leeds.
A 25-year private finance initiative between Leeds city council and the Leeds Independent Living Accommodation Company (LiLAC) Consortium will see many new housing jobs and homes created in the area.
