A Gloucestershire housing association has received a prestigious accolade for the services which it provides, it has been reported.Fosseway Living, which is based in the market town of Cirencester, was placed by Quality Housing Services (QHS) to be in the ten best performing housing associations out of over 75 it continually assess.
